In Vienna, a city grown in centuries with europe wide historical significance, there is no central location. Reducing Vienna on the center would not be only superficially but more a pity, because essential parts of historical and modern Vienna are located outside the center of Vienna.

 

What finally is a visit of Vienna without having seen the Emperor Seat Schönbrunn, Hermesvilla, Prater, Kahlenberg, Laxenburg, Mayerling, e.g., and not having enjoyed at least a quarter of the yearly wine in one of the famous Viennese wine taverns the "Heurigen"?

 

For visiting Vienna there is therefore no central, but only a convenient position attractive, a location that is easy to reach and from where the many touristic attractions can be reached easily.

In front of the Motorhome - Stopover is a stop of the bus line 13A and at a distance of about 150 m the underground station U6 Perfektastraße, from which e.g. the center of Vienna or Schönbrunn are conveniently to reach within about 15 - 20 minutes.

Individual traffic:

 

Besides peak times even the center of Vienna is reachable from the Mothorhome - Stopover within about 20 - 30 minutes. While Vienna has no environmental zones, but extended areas with limited parking zones, we recommend those unfamiliar with traffic in Vienna to choose parking garages when parking vehicles. Due to the optimal connection of the Motorhome - Stopover to public transportation, especially the subway, we recommend you to use those.

 

For one, you are faster at your target, and in view of the park cost cheaper anyway.

 

 

Local supply:

 

Opposite of the Motorhome - Stopover (in a distance of about 30 m) you find:

• food market,

• bicycle shop,

• electro shop,

• outlet of the Post,

• hairdresser,

• Italian restaurant

Those who do not find this enough, can drive (by public transport) to the largest shopping center in Europe in a distance to the Motorhome - Stopovver of about 3 km, the Shopping City Süd SCS, with 330 stores, multiplex cinema, and much more.

 

Other restaurants, pubs and wine taverns are within walking distance or can be reached by public transport within shortest time.

 

 

Recreational facilities:

 

At a distance of about 2.5 km, easy to reach by public transport, is the Höpflerbad, a large outdoor swimming pool with spacious pool area and sunbathing areas.

 

Only about 500 meters from the Motorhome - Stopover is the PAN Park with basketball court, soccer field, beach volleyball court and skate park. In a distance of approximately 1,000 m there is a spacious gym and tennis courts.

 

Golfers can choose from two world class golf courses. The Golf & Country Club Brunn and the City Golf & Country Club on the Viennese mountain, both located about 3 - 5 km from the Motorhome - Stopover.
